We offer our venue exclusively to your group based on a three hour time frame - beginning at 6:00 going up to 10:00 on Friday Evenings, 5:00 until at late as 10:00 on Saturday evenings and late Sunday afternoons or evenings. In addition to a three hour time frame, we offer a free hour to set-up for one or two to decorate and set up before the event start time. Extra time can be purchased for $100 per hour. Please refer to our main website, fireytrails.com/calendar to see our calendar. More and more, around half of our calendar are repeat perennial groups. (We even occasionally schedule repeat BIRTHDAY PARTIES.) Check out our calendar to see what date will work for you.
FIRST TIME GROUP DEPOSITS REQUIRED
We have many repeat groups come to Firey Trails (repeat birthday parties, some school and church groups - 15 times or more). For repeat groups, we do not require a deposit
For first time group events, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit. (Of course, this deposit will be applied to your later event.) If something comes up prior to your event to change your plans, you will not be charged the full event fee, but the $100 is retained. (We realize that unexpected things can happen to prevent your planned event. But when an event is cancelled, we normally cannot book another event for that previously scheduled date. So we forfeit the opportunity to host another group.)
When you schedule an event with us and pay the deposit (if a first time visitor) your event is posted on our website and your date is secured.
$100 Deposits can be a check or money order mailed upon scheduling (Firey Trails - 20102 W. 61st Street S. - Sand Springs, OK 74063), $100 cash run by Firey Bros Music (our main business at 516 S. Sheridan) or $100 Credit Card Charge, Credit Card information given over the phone and processed through Square.
Forms of Payments: Cash or Check is preferred on Event Payments, but when cash or check are not available, we are able to accept major Credit Cards with a 3.75% Convenience Fee of the the payment added in to offset the credit card processing fee we are charged. Thank you.

EVENT DEPOSITS
New SATURDAY POLICY as of 08-01-23 - For DAYTIME SATURDAY events from typical 2:00-5:00 or earlier, NO HAYRIDES are available as in past years. This is because these hours conflict with our main business hours and Ray Firey will not be available to give optional hayrides. But for all SATURDAY EVENING hayrides 5:00-8:00 or after, optional seasonal hayrides are available plus non-seasonal optional hayrides for a one time charge of $50.
Important Information While Considering Scheduling A
Firey Trails Date - PLEASE READ
We would love to be able to put your event on our calendar. But because scheduling is a lot of administrative work to do (updating two website calendars), we do ask you to be serious and certain that you'd like us to schedule an event for a birthday party or group. We know unforeseen things happen after scheduling sometimes to where dates need to be cancelled or changed (this can't be helped). But we want to avoid what are actually TENTATIVE dates on the scheduler's end - when we treat them only as FIRM dates on our end. Example, someone schedules an upcoming birthday party, the date is put on the calendar (and this alone is not a simple one step action and takes several minutes to do) and a dozen emails are exchanged back and forth with questions, etc. - all information needed is on our website in one place or another. And then after all of that, the person scheduling just changes their mind and cancels the date (for whatever reason). Besides, all the work on our end already involved, and hoping there is time to re-schedule your previously RESERVED DATE, there is some work involved removing the date from the calendar and arranging the schedule again. So all of that to say this, we'd love to schedule a date for you, but please be certain that you really WANT to schedule a Firey Trails date (and are not going to change your mind later-for whatever reason). Some people have scheduled just as a way to HOLD a date while they're making up their minds. This is unfair to a venue such as us.
Also, this has come up: Someone schedules a date in the Fall in a peak month, and then many days later cancels the date because the people they envisioned would want to attend their event cannot come or are not interested. Then we are informed several days later just a couple weeks from their scheduled date that they'd like to cancel because no one wants to or can come to their gathering. It would work out much better for both scheduler and especially Firey Trails if the homework could be done ahead of time polling peoples interest in coming BEFORE a date is set in stone on our calendar. This is unintentional on the schedulers part I'm sure, but please be sure of people's interest in attending your event before scheduling an open date.
The above scenarios are a couple of reasons of why we find it necessary to require a non-refundable deposit of first time groups.
