Our venue is comprised of a 36x40 climate controlled log pavilion and a 14x16 separate climate controlled full kitchen for your use. In front of our pavilion is our lit and maintained fire pit surrounded with fixed 5-bench seating. Modern restrooms are located close by. The pavilion has 9 folding tables, each with 6 comfortable folding chairs for dining. There are 5 folding tables that are used as serving tables. Alongside the south 40' wall of the pavilion are two padded oak pews that go the whole length of the wall for additional seating. In addition to the inside seating, we have 6 large picnic tables just outdoors (that used to be in our pavilion) that can accommodate 10 people each, 5 on each side for additional dining. We also have a mounted big screen TV and DVD player that could be used for a video presentation. Internet service is usually available also. The pavilion and grounds are festively lit, the pavilion at all times when an event is going on and the grounds are lit at dusk and after dark.
Firey Trails has a good number of long campfire prongs for your group to use over the fire pit.
With the unpredictable Oklahoma weather year round, Firey Trails is prepared to accommodate your group in a heated or cooled climate controlled pavilion (depending on the season and forecast) or cozied up by the Firepit. We have a drop down door that we can close or leave open if beautiful weather outdoors.
For Indoor Seating, we offer 9 six foot folding tables with 6 chairs each totaling 54 total.
A big screen TV is mounted in the back corner of the pavilion with DVD player for a video presentation.
Our drop-down door at the front of the pavilion makes it perfect for any temperature.
We have six large picnic tables that seat 10 each. These are located right beside our pavilion.
We provide everything outlined in this website, a climate controlled pavilion, Full Kitchen, Festive lights in Pavilion and on Grounds, lots of Electric outlets for your appliances and slow cookers, Internet Access (most of the time) and Sound Equipment, and oversee and maintain the Fire (providing campfire forks) and take care of trash management.
Guests are to bring their food theme and birthday cake if applicable. Guests are also responsible for disposable cups, plates, napkins and cutlery for their group along with ice in a cooler for their drinks. And don't forget the ketchup and mustard. Sometimes the food themes are quite elaborate, sometimes catered, and sometimes guests will arrange for a food truck to visit during their event. A Festive Atmosphere is up to Firey Trails - but the Food is up to you!
